On the 20 of Aug, about 100 employees in the sheet metal workshop, spraying workshop and assembling workshop, attended the skill competition. There are 5 skill competition tasks, including punching skill, bending skill, spot welding skill, assembling of reflectors and etc.

The intense competition not only effectively improve workers’position skill level, but also encourage them to creat a good atmosphere to learn, to compare from each other, and help to buid up a positive competition mechanism.
